Role Purpose
The Data Validation Specialist holds a crucial position throughout the Capture and Content cycle, ensuring thorough verification of all documents provided to customers. This role demands strict accuracy in data verification and immediate escalation of any discrepancies during the validation process. Continuous efforts to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of data validation are expected.
Role Scope
This position involves ensuring precise data entry into system-generated forms from client documents such as invoices, claims, and utility papers. The specialist guarantees exceptional service quality and data accuracy for Capture & Content Services clients and is key in driving ongoing process improvements.
Key Expertise and Focus Areas
- Sufficient understanding of fundamental invoicing and accounts payable procedures.
- Ability to maintain composure under high-pressure situations.
- Solid knowledge of process documentation and procedural adherence.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills including MS Office and internet applications.
- Capability to understand customer requirements and deliver within SLA timelines.
- Strong communication skills paired with logical thinking and teamwork aptitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts according to business needs.
Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Graduates or diploma holders in non-technical disciplines, preferably with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- Proficiency in English communication including comprehension and speaking.
- Ability to work under stringent deadlines without compromising quality standards.
- Openness to handle documents in other languages written in Latin characters apart from English.
Location and Work Conditions
- This role is primarily home-based within the Chandigarh region of Haryana, India, requiring no travel or relocation unless mandated by business policy.
- Candidates must be available to serve international clients, which includes working on Indian public holidays and observing the holiday schedule of international clients.
