Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to craft AI and data science strategies specific to customer support delivery.
• Develop AI-driven applications addressing case analysis, knowledge extraction, recommendation engines, classification, and automation within customer support.
• Collaborate with engineers to transition experimental models and algorithms into reliable production systems.
• Create and maintain data and model pipelines as well as microservices supporting machine learning capabilities where necessary.
• Conduct analysis on extensive structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, enhance model accuracy, and derive actionable insights.
• Implement cutting-edge AI methods including Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, knowledge graphs, and agentic workflows where applicable.
• Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Translate complex technical and business needs into practical, scalable AI services.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a Data Scientist specializing in machine learning or applied artificial intelligence.
• University degree in Data Science, AI, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Python programming with strong data science expertise including data preprocessing, feature development, modeling, evaluation, and experimentations using both structured and unstructured data.
• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud-native technologies; experience with Spark or Elasticsearch is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving aptitude, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
