Data Management Specialist

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Data Management Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on developing and enhancing frameworks that govern data and AI compliance at a regulatory level. The role demands hands-on involvement in pioneering operating and revenue models alongside improving key business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive regulatory frameworks covering Data Governance, Compliance Management, Data Access, and AI Governance.
• Design and implement standard operating models including revenue-sharing, pricing, revenue, and fee-based structures.
• Create and refine AI-related policies to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
• Establish and maintain essential registries such as Data Governance Approval Registry, Version Control Registry, Integration Registry, and Agreement Registry.
• Collaborate closely with the Process Improvement Department to drive enhancements in business processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Over 10 years of expertise in data management, governance, or regulatory consulting.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in AI governance and policy formulation.
• Proven ability in designing operational models and pricing/revenue frameworks.
• Willingness and ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh for the entire contract span.
• Arabic language proficiency is essential.
• Candidates already holding an Iqama with minimal notice period will be given priority.
