About the Role

Join a leading pharmaceutical company in County Waterford as a Data Integrity Specialist on a 12-month contract, with potential extension. This role requires full availability for five days a week, with hybrid working flexibility. You will be pivotal in embedding data integrity principles in daily operations, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with data integrity standards across all site operations by applying industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform routine data quality assessments, validate data accuracy, investigate anomalies or breaches, and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Create, deliver, and update training materials and programs focused on data integrity for relevant personnel.
  • Lead risk assessment initiatives concerning data integrity and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Manage validation and reviews of computerized systems to verify adherence to all data integrity specifications.
  • Support and prepare for regulatory inspections, actively participate in audits, and ensure site readiness through thorough documentation and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a degree or higher qualification in a pertinent scientific or quality-related field such as Pharmaceutical Science, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management.
  • Demonstrate practical experience managing data integrity within regulated environments, with detailed knowledge of compliance frameworks and validation methodologies.
  • Have a proven track record of leading audits, conducting investigations, and managing corrective actions linked to data integrity challenges.
