Frost is seeking a Data Analyst III to apply both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to generate insights that support strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Partner with business units to fully understand challenges and devise analysis plans that utilize suitable data and analytical approaches.
Guide stakeholders on selecting and monitoring key performance indicators to measure solution effectiveness.
Aggregate and manage data from both internal and external sources, integrating diverse datasets to execute complex analyses.
Apply sophisticated analytical techniques to address business questions and propose actionable recommendations.
Provide data-driven guidance to product teams, business lines, and management to support informed decision-making.
Lead the end-to-end development of business intelligence reporting solutions, including data visualization for clear stakeholder communication.
Build scalable and logically structured models adaptable across various enterprise projects.
Stay current on market and IT trends to enhance analytical methods and bolster competitive and risk analyses.
Ensure the integrity of data through rigorous validation, anomaly detection, and optimization of data acquisition practices.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline routine ad-hoc data analysis tasks.
Mentor and lead other Data Analysts throughout the organization.
Conduct all activities with integrity, care, and a commitment to excellence, aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline, or comparable experience.
Broad experience with both standard and advanced analytical methods, including regression analysis, forecasting, modeling, clustering, hypothesis testing, Monte Carlo simulation, content, and narrative analysis.
Proficiency in multiple query and statistical programming languages and data analysis tools.
Hands-on experience with database management systems, schema design, and working with various structured data types.
Proven ability to present data insights effectively to all organizational levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills

Background in Financial Services sector.
Experience handling data from multiple channels including mobile, web, call centers, face-to-face interactions, and market data.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
