About the Role
As a Data & Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing key projects essential to enhancing our community services and empowering individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will span managing data insights from social service programs, coordinating across teams to elevate service quality, overseeing vendor relationships, and streamlining operations across multiple campuses, all while gaining valuable career skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete data-related projects ensuring high standards and punctuality.
- Handle procurement activities and cultivate strong supplier partnerships.
- Identify and evaluate new vendors to secure optimal value and service quality.
- Supervise administrative tasks supporting effective service delivery.
- Design and refine workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
- Analyze data and deliver insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot challenges and implement practical solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Between two to five years of experience in operations, procurement, data analysis, or project coordination.
- Proficiency in negotiating and managing supplier relationships.
- Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing, contract oversight, and procurement procedures.
- Comfortable working with databases, Microsoft Excel, and adapting to new technological tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building professional relationships.
- Adept at problem-solving and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Driven by a customer-centric attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
