About the Role
Gymdesk is a leading online platform that assists gyms, martial arts schools, yoga studios, and other fitness and wellness businesses with management solutions. We seek a dedicated Customer Support Representative to deliver outstanding product assistance via phone, chat, and email. You will be critical in helping small business owners by addressing their software-related questions and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Provide informed responses about the functionalities and use of our gym management software.
- Attain expertise in our product to effectively troubleshoot user issues.
- Resolve technical or account-related concerns, escalating complex issues to Engineering when necessary.
- Maintain a brisk work pace, handling approximately 50 customer interactions daily.
Qualifications
- A passion for connecting with and assisting users.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
- Quick adaptability to learn and understand sophisticated software tools.
- Experience with remote work environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms (such as Slack) and customer support ticketing systems (e.g., Hubspot CRM).
Additional Information
You will be joining a compact and dynamic team of 20 employees, working alongside 6 other customer support representatives and reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success and the Customer Support Team Lead. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility in your work location.
