About the Company

Noel Leeming is one of New Zealand’s largest retailers of electronics and appliances, operating stores nationwide. As part of The Warehouse Group, you’ll be connected not only to the Noel Leeming brand, but also to a broader network spanning three major brands, creating many opportunities to learn, grow, and build connections.

About the Role

This is a customer service position focused on problem-solving, supporting customers, and keeping things running smoothly at the counter. The role is based in Napier and follows the below working schedule:

  • Tuesday: 8.75 hours
  • Wednesday: 8.75 hours
  • Thursday: 8.75 hours
  • Friday: 7 hours
  • Saturday: 8.25 hours

Key Duties

  • Assist customers at the counter with questions related to payments, including hire purchase arrangements and credit applications.
  • Support service repair requests and respond to sales-related enquiries.
  • Take a proactive approach to resolving customer issues and concerns.
  • Handle administrative work that supports day-to-day operations.
  • Contribute to a team environment that focuses on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
