About the Role

Arihant Publications India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Customer Relationship Executive to engage with educators including teachers and coaching institutes. The position involves daily outreach via calls and sharing detailed information about our book offerings using platforms like WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact teachers and coaching centers on a daily basis to promote products.
• Effectively communicate our book details through WhatsApp and other means.
• Follow up diligently with interested prospects to finalize sales.
• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with educational stakeholders.
• Accurately maintain and manage data using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English languages.
• Confident in speaking persuasively and convincing potential clients.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary.
• Open to applicants who are freshers or possess a minimum of six months experience.
