Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for clients, promptly handling their inquiries
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with insurers to secure favorable results for clients
• Support client policy renewals in line with organizational procedures

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator who adapts messaging appropriately. Experience in insurance, finance, customer service, call center, or solution-oriented environments is preferred.

• Customer-centric approach combined with proactive problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently after onboarding
• Excellent organizational skills with keen prioritization capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner of new software systems
