Role Overview
Join the Retirement Services team where you'll support US retirement industry clients, focusing on products like 401(k), 403(b), Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined Contributions, individual retirement accounts (Roth IRA), college savings accounts, annuities, and corporate retirement funds. You will manage the full life cycle of retirement plans, including development, sales, client onboarding, participant management, servicing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot routine issues primarily by applying established guidelines and precedents.
- Interact mainly with your immediate team and supervisor.
- Receive detailed to moderate guidance on daily tasks and comprehensive instructions for new assignments.
- Make decisions affecting only your work area.
- Function as an individual contributor within a team on specific, well-defined tasks.
- May need to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
Experience and Skills Required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the US Retirement Services domain, especially in Defined Contributions.
- Expertise in managing institutional and payroll contributions, including payroll file handling and suspense resolution.
- Client communication proficiency through phone and email to respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficient in managing manual formatting and non-standard payroll files involving large datasets, including advanced Excel functions such as data formatting and text-to-column delimitations.
- Strong analytical ability to accurately discern and allocate contribution sources.
- Processing both monetary and non-monetary transactions following set protocols.
- Experience creating deposit TSA/TPA based on contributions received via lockbox, wire, ACH, and checks.
Qualifications
Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
