Overview
FR8 Logistics is seeking a Customer Sales Executive to join their Mumbai office. This role involves engaging new customers, managing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate onboarding of new leads or customers and provide detailed education about the services offered.
- Analyze customer needs and register them within the company's application system.
- Perform follow-ups with existing clients to maintain strong relationships, promote repeat business, and encourage referrals.
- Work directly with senior leadership to understand sales objectives and coordinate with team members to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships to secure continuous shipment loads.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and transport operators to arrange logistics loads.
- Manage work pressures and deadlines efficiently to ensure consistent performance.
Requirements
- Possession of a personal laptop or computer is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation capabilities paired with excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively within teams.
