Role Overview

We seek a personable and engaging Customer Education Specialist to join our team remotely in the UK. The main focus is partnering with schools and educational trusts to understand their needs and ensure they effectively utilize the Arbor MIS system. Responsibilities include delivering both online and in-person training, consulting, troubleshooting, conducting system audits, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions for schools, both online and face-to-face.
Develop and customize professional services for schools, MATs, and partners.
Communicate complex system functionalities clearly to a variety of users, enabling confidence in Arbor’s tools as they begin using the platform.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Arbor’s features, best practices, and articulate benefits to clients.
Manage services including setups for new school years, assessments, behaviour modules, and custom reporting.
Stay updated on rapid product developments, legislative changes, and evolving processes.
Regularly update and maintain training materials to reflect current information.
Self-evaluate and provide session feedback to the team ensuring a thorough customer experience.
Travel nationally to client sites and company offices as required.

Candidate Profile

Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
Background working within the education sector with familiarity of school terminologies and procedures.
Effective at explaining technology concepts to non-technical individuals.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Positive attitude towards continuous learning and problem solving.
Experience using Arbor MIS or similar Management Information Systems is beneficial.
Approachable, proactive, and willing to contribute assistance promptly.
Possesses a good sense of humour with the ability to motivate others.
