Role overview
This is a regional CRM-focused position centered on system integration, upgrades, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The role involves working closely with technical and business teams to improve CRM and mobile application performance, usability, and deployment outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Configure and connect CRM platforms with mobile and external systems to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with UI/UX specialists to shape intuitive interfaces aligned with operational needs.
- Adapt CRM tools and mobile applications to suit day-to-day business processes.
- Plan and execute System Integration Testing as well as User Acceptance Testing to validate solution quality.
- Handle data migration activities and ensure information is moved into the CRM accurately.
- Coordinate deployment activities and confirm readiness before launch.
- Provide after-go-live assistance, investigate issues, and drive ongoing enhancements.
- Develop detailed user guides and training resources for CRM systems and mobile applications.
- Conduct training sessions so users and stakeholders can work confidently with the platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between external vendors and internal stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
Skills and experience required
- Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms.
