Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will engage directly with customers to deliver a positive dining experience through freshly prepared food made by hand daily. Training is provided to confidently work across all restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This position suits individuals with or without prior food service experience who are passionate about learning and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items by hand daily, adhering to quality and safety standards
• Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service that facilitates an enjoyable atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years
• A positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for helping others, both guests and coworkers
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking preparation
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace
