Role overview
The company is hiring a Creative Producer to lead production for paid social advertising. This role focuses on finding and coordinating outside videographers and editors, creating smooth production processes, and maintaining a dependable weekly output cycle. You will partner with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign direction and ideas, and work with the in-house writing team on scripts and messaging.
Core responsibilities
- Build and manage a dependable network of freelance videographers and video editors who can be engaged regularly.
- Create and keep a consistent weekly production rhythm.
- Collaborate with the internal writing team on script development.
- Partner with the Paid Social Creative Strategist to develop ad concepts.
- Manage filming handled by external videographers and, when required, by internal team members.
- Review editing work in detail, provide feedback, and oversee final cut quality from external editors.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in creative production or content production, preferably with paid advertising content.
- Strong practical understanding of video production, including framing, lighting, shot composition, pacing, and editing.
- Experience managing freelance videographers and editors through the full production process, from initial outreach to completed delivery.
- Strong interest in technology products and content built around them.
