About the Role
Serve Legal is seeking a Creative Marketing Assistant to join their expanding Marketing & Communications team. This full-time permanent position is primarily remote with a requirement to attend the office one day each month. The starting salary is £27,000 annually, increasing to £28,000 after successfully completing a six-month probation.
Reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the role involves contributing to the marketing strategy targeting both business and consumer audiences. It is a dynamic job comprising content creation, social media management, producing marketing materials, supporting recruitment campaigns, and enhancing Serve Legal's brand presence.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Client Success, Business Development, and Marketing & Communications to develop campaigns that drive business growth, engage auditors nationwide, and improve client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling marketing content and visual materials for digital platforms utilizing Canva and AI tools.
- Handle the management of Serve Legal's social media channels aimed at B2B and B2C groups.
- Create newsletters, blog posts, and other marketing communications.
- Produce promotional collateral to assist Business Development and Client Success efforts.
- Assist in auditor recruitment and foster community involvement.
- Maintain website content while ensuring brand consistency.
- Support marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to innovate and enhance marketing activities.
Candidate Profile
Required qualifications and experience:
- Minimum one year of proven marketing experience, preferably in a B2B context.
- Proficiency in creating professional marketing content for digital media.
- Experienced and confident in using Canva for designing marketing materials.
- Strong copywriting and written communication competencies.
- Previous management of corporate social media channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.
- A creative approach with an attentive eye for design and brand cohesion.
- A proactive attitude with readiness to offer new ideas.
- Comfortable leveraging AI technologies to optimize marketing processes.
Preferred skills:
- Background in B2B or professional services sectors.
- Familiarity with website content management or CMS platforms such as HubSpot.
- Experience in creating newsletters and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of managing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads.
- Using social media scheduling and marketing software.
- Prior understanding or experience related to Serve Legal's services.
