Role Overview

We seek a versatile and proactive Designer who excels in a fast-paced setting to craft compelling creative content across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely with our internal marketing team and external agencies, the aim is to uphold and enhance our brand’s distinctive and persuasive identity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for in-store point-of-sale materials and retail activations.
• Contribute to packaging and product design projects.
• Develop engaging social media content and campaign visuals.
• Produce reports, presentations, and various marketing collateral.
• Design print and digital advertisements.
• Work alongside external advertising agencies to support major campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead the creative process for smaller-scale or tactical in-house campaigns.
• Capture and edit photography and video footage for social media, delivering polished visual assets.
• Continuously maintain and evolve the Holy Moly brand identity across all interfaces.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in graphic design for both digital and print media.
• Experienced in packaging design is highly favored.
• Skilled in photography and video with basic editing capabilities using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro.
• Familiarity with AI tools applicable to creative workflows.
• Highly creative, self-driven, and capable of independent work as well as collaboration.
• Strong communicator with the ability to clearly present creative concepts.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects considered an advantage.
• Attention to detail coupled with a passion for bold and playful visual design.

Additional Information

Location: Milton Keynes with a hybrid schedule

Salary range: £35,000 to £40,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience.
