Role Overview
This fully remote, full-time position as Country Manager involves leading the launch and expansion of Insight Genesis within a selected nation. The role requires creating and executing tailored market entry strategies, forging and nurturing partnerships, and spotting opportunities across core verticals of the platform. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ethical standards, and aligning with the company's global vision. The Country Manager will track performance indicators, control budgets, and produce regular reports for senior leadership. They will also represent the company to key stakeholders, clients, and partners, and closely collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to customize offerings to regional demands and user habits.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management expertise, capable of building teams, managing stakeholders, and coordinating across departments.
- Proven experience in business growth and partnerships, with skills in identifying, negotiating, and sustaining strategic alliances.
- Strong background in market strategy, including planning go-to-market approaches, monitoring operational performance, and handling budgeting.
- Familiarity with technology, AI-driven solutions, or data platforms, with the aptitude to simplify complex products into clear value messages.
- Relevant knowledge or experience in at least one of these areas: financial services (notably in emerging/unbanked markets), human resources, educational technology, or health and wellness.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills, able to engage varied audiences and represent the firm externally.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, and navigate uncertainty with sound judgment.
- Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or related fields; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- Previous roles in country leadership, regional management, or comparable positions within growth-driven organizations are highly advantageous.
