Job description
Role Overview
This position involves delivering expert advice, technical guidance, and hands-on support to the OV organization in overseeing the OV Manpower Call-Off Contract and any new tendering or contract-related activities, from the initial tender scope development through to the contract closeout phase.
Experience and Expertise Needed
- At least 15 years of diverse professional experience.
- A minimum of 10 years engaged in the oil and gas sector or comparable large-scale industrial projects.
- Extensive background in preparing, assessing, and negotiating complex, large-scale contracts involving multidisciplinary requirements.
Academic and Professional Credentials
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or Quantity Surveying.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Contract Management or Project Management are considered advantageous.
