About the Role
A respected Tier 3 commercial construction company is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team in Perth, Western Australia. This role involves supporting projects valued between $5 million and $15 million spanning retail, hospitality, and service sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration and assist the commercial management team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Prepare procurement-related documents and ensure subcontractors and suppliers fulfill their contractual obligations.
- Handle purchase orders, claims, forecasting, file organization, and monitoring costs and budgets.
- Maintain contract correspondence, manage job files, oversee document control, and report any non-conformance issues.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to support scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least one year of contract administration experience in commercial construction projects acting as a main builder.
- Experience working on projects valued at $2 million or above.
- A qualification in Construction Management is advantageous.
