About the Role

Teabox produces a large volume of advertisements, and they require a consistent human face to be recognizable and relatable to a wide audience—from longtime chai drinkers to new tea enthusiasts globally. This role is not about modeling or influencing but being the genuine human representation of Teabox.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the visible presence in all Reels and attention-grabbing content segments.
• Create compelling hooks within the first 1.5 seconds to captivate fast-scrolling audiences.
• Bring scripts dynamically to life—while writers craft the words, you add the performance flair.
• Proactively suggest your own creative hook concepts, participating actively in the creative process rather than just performing prescribed scripts.
• Seamlessly adapt tone and mood, switching between serious and playful as the context demands.
• Maintain consistent energy and quality through numerous takes, embracing repeated attempts as if it were the first.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable and natural on camera without freezing, overacting, or relying on teleprompters.
• Fluent in Hindi and English with the ability to alternate between languages fluidly, sometimes within the same sentence.
• Presentable and well-groomed to maintain camera readiness as details are highly visible.
• Adaptable to script and hook changes during shoots, maintaining flexibility and positive attitude.
• Available to work full-time onsite; this is a dedicated in-house position, not freelance or short-term engagements.

Preferred Experience and Qualities

• Previous on-camera experience such as user-generated content, content creation, brand films, or live event anchoring without discomfort.
• Possesses a youthful and sharp persona that draws attention and credibility.
• Analyzes competitors’ advertisements effectively to understand their success or failure.
• Approaches work seriously yet with a grounded sense of self, not taking themselves too seriously.
