Role Summary
The Content Enablement Content Analyst functions within Invesco’s Global Content Enablement team, supporting marketing efforts across the Americas and EMEA regions. This role focuses on executing the content strategy to improve content quality, accessibility, and usability within the EMEA territory. Responsibilities include managing content infrastructure, ensuring accurate categorization, distribution, and platform accessibility, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to produce governed content solutions, and defining requirements with thorough testing. This role is pivotal in elevating content quality and client engagement, ultimately strengthening the investment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support centered on EMEA content areas, with additional assistance to North America.
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Content Product Owners to analyze development, deployment, and research projects.
- Establish and standardize content quality metrics, construct reports and dashboards for leadership insight into content performance.
- Work with domain experts from EMEA and North America to maintain and develop a global content taxonomy, ensuring stakeholder consensus on standardized terms and fields.
- Act as a liaison bridging business and technology teams to align solutions with strategic priorities and requirements.
- Map business workflows, gain expertise in content sources, and recommend improvements to enhance content effectiveness.
- Convert stakeholder needs into actionable user stories, supporting the implementation of content initiatives including testing, impact evaluation, and cross-team collaboration.
- Lead governance and documentation practices, encompassing content quality monitoring, process enhancements, issue escalation, and maintenance of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with over 5 years' experience in technology platforms, project management, or content development and delivery.
- Proficient with CMS and/or DAM systems, including content lifecycle management and migrations utilizing API integrations.
- Familiarity with AI-supported content analysis along with knowledge of UX or digital marketing principles.
- Strong workflow and process mapping skills, with capability to juggle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and perform successfully amid ambiguity.
- Advanced technical expertise, particularly in SQL and Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA is advantageous), coupled with strong desktop application skills.
- Analytical prowess and statistical reasoning, with precision in organizing, interpreting, and communicating extensive data sets.
- Knowledgeable about content categorization models such as campaign, program, asset class, and product, preferably within investment or asset management contexts.
- A client-oriented, execution-driven professional exhibiting excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and influencing abilities, underpinned by data-centric approaches to content performance measurement.
Compensation and Work Model
The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $61,000 annually, encompassing salary and incentive components that vary based on experience, skills, and location. It is a full-time, exempt employee role.
According to the company's workplace policy effective from October 1, 2025, employees are required to work a minimum of four full days weekly onsite at Invesco offices to foster relationships, collaboration, and professional development.
