Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with consultants and clients to grasp research goals, formulate insightful questions, and translate analytic objectives into solid methodologies.
• Perform comprehensive quantitative analyses including data validation, cross-tabulation, modeling, and exploratory data analysis with meticulous accuracy.
• Explore datasets thoroughly to test hypotheses, integrate secondary data sources, and extract meaningful patterns addressing client inquiries.
• Document analytic procedures and data sources clearly to ensure auditability.
• Generate well-structured analytic outputs to support consultants and partners in creating engaging narratives and client deliverables.
• Assist client interactions and prospective business discussions by providing thoughtful analytical insights during meetings.
• Maintain Gallup’s strict standards for data integrity, guaranteeing all outputs are exact, defendable, and trustworthy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years’ professional background in fields such as quantitative research methods, statistics, mathematics, economics, or related quantitative disciplines.
• At least two years of experience working with intricate survey datasets including data quality checks, statistical analysis, and fostering insight development.
• Proficiency with analytical programming languages or tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
• Prior client-facing experience is desirable.
