Requesting quotes from contractors, analyzing offers, ordering materials, and preparing material lists.
Conducting technical and price negotiations with subcontractors and material suppliers.
Preparing and verifying bill of quantities according to client specifications.
Drafting cost estimates and calculating prices for construction work and materials.
Securing and assessing price offers from contracted subcontractors.
Organizing supplier tender processes.
Coordinating activities within construction management.
Checking completeness of work lists based on project documentation.
Preparing documentation for project implementation teams.
Collaborating in the preparation of comprehensive client cost proposals.
Communicating with subcontractors.
Participating in commercial negotiations.
Working closely with project managers and site supervisors.
Comparing suppliers using a standardized format.

Completed secondary or higher education in construction.
Authorization in the field of building construction is advantageous but not required.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Experience with budgeting software such as RTS and Kros considered a plus.
Technical mindset with attention to detail.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Self-reliant, responsible, precise, and dependable.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to continue professional development.
Valid driving license category B.
