Role Overview

The Compliance Intern position supports the compliance team in managing regulatory operations, ensuring adherence to SEBI, Exchange, and Depository norms. This role offers practical experience in regulatory compliance within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily compliance with rules and updates issued by SEBI, Exchanges, and Depositories.
• Track updates on exchange portals including circulars and regulatory notifications.
• Keep the internal compliance calendar accurate and current.
• Assist with secretarial duties like drafting board documents, resolutions, and preparing meeting minutes.
• Maintain official statutory registers and records.
• Coordinate filings related to ROC/MCA and compliance with Companies Act.
• Liaise effectively with various internal teams and external bodies.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree such as LLB, CS, CA, MBA, or in commerce-related disciplines.
• Highly attentive to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Excel and document management.
