Overview

Weave Living invites vibrant and passionate individuals to join its Community Team in Singapore as Community Ambassadors. This role centers around fostering an engaging community atmosphere for residents by delivering remarkable service, orchestrating community events, and applying social media marketing tactics. Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, this position offers a chance to embody the brand's commitment to resident wellbeing and community spirit. Those with more experience may be eligible for a Community Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to residents, serving as the face of the Weave brand throughout all interactions.
  • Create and maintain a warm, inviting environment that strengthens the residential community.
  • Anticipate and respond attentively to residents' evolving needs and sentiments, collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery of services and products.
  • Plan and execute community-building programs and events aimed at nurturing resident relationships and enhancing brand and property visibility alongside the Operations team.
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, coordinating with on-site operations to professionally and patiently resolve any issues.
  • Gather and communicate resident feedback, proposing innovative ideas to enrich the living experience.
  • Support leasing strategies by conducting property tours when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement on-site social media marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills characterized by approachability, empathy, and active listening.
  • Have at least three years of professional experience, predominantly in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience within boutique hotels, serviced accommodations, or co-working spaces is advantageous.
  • Event coordination experience would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in managing challenges, crises, conflicts, and complaints in fast-changing environments.
  • Availability for shift work covering early (8am–5pm), late (2pm–11pm), and night (11pm–8am) shifts.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Hold a certificate, diploma, or higher qualification in hospitality or related fields.
