Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Collection Executives to efficiently manage the process of payment recovery and customer engagement regarding pending dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-ups with clients for overdue payments.
- Manage collection calls maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
- Develop and sustain positive customer relationships while addressing payment issues.
- Ensure prompt collection of outstanding amounts.
- Keep customer data and collection progress updated within the system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams for payment-related assistance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any field of study.
- Experience ranging from 6 months up to 3 years in Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, Telecalling, BFSI, or Sales sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Demonstrated ability to meet collection goals.
