Role Summary
The organization seeks a full-time Collection Executive to be stationed on-site in Jaipur. The primary responsibility is the timely recovery of dues from customers while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role entails contacting customers via phone and in-person visits to explain outstanding balances, negotiating repayment arrangements, and maintaining accurate collection data in internal systems. Coordination with credit and finance departments to resolve discrepancies, monitoring overdue accounts, and suggesting suitable follow-up actions are integral to the role. Additionally, the executive will handle customer inquiries, sustain professional communications, and support the overall portfolio quality and risk management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experienced in credit control and debt collection with a proven track record in managing overdue accounts and recovery procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate payment behavior, assess risks, and design appropriate repayment options.
- Basic knowledge of finance, especially retail lending and microfinance operations.
- Preferably has previous experience in collections, field work, or customer relationship management within financial services.
- Capable of working full-time on-site in Jaipur, with willingness to conduct local field visits and manage time efficiently.
- Minimum educational qualification requires a graduate degree in any field; degrees in commerce, finance, or business are advantageous.
- Proficiency in the local language(s) and basic computer skills including MS Office and data entry for collections systems are beneficial.
