About the role
This position focuses on a payments-related operational workflow where you will examine partner-submitted documents, confirm critical details, and make sure account update requests are completed correctly, securely, and within the expected turnaround time.
You will work with sensitive data and are expected to apply judgment, follow quality and compliance standards, and help reduce risk by spotting discrepancies and sending complex cases through the right internal review path.
The role suits someone who works well against targets, can manage multiple cases at once, and maintains a strong focus on accuracy while also looking for practical ways to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and verify documents submitted by partners as part of a secure account update process.
- Process requests accurately, maintain confidentiality, and meet agreed timelines.
- Check for missing information, mismatches, and potentially risky submissions.
- Apply standard operating procedures and quality controls when handling sensitive records.
- Choose the right action for each case based on document validity, account condition, and process rules.
- Work with internal stakeholders when clarification, approval, or escalation is needed.
- Keep productivity and quality high in a fast-moving operations setup.
- Spot recurring errors, workflow gaps, and improvement areas that can strengthen efficiency and risk management.
- Take ownership of daily work and make independent decisions where appropriate.
Required qualifications
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to quickly digest information and share key insights.
- Strong self-initiative and the ability to investigate issues independently to find the information needed.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Good problem-solving ability, comfort with Excel, and confidence in making independent decisions.
- Readiness to work rotating day and night shifts, including rotating weekend offs.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer-focused industries is preferred.
- Experience working across multiple countries or markets, with awareness of cultural differences, is preferred.
