Role Overview

This opportunity is not a traditional job but a chance to co-create a global media company from its foundation. As a Co-Founder, you will collaborate closely with the Founder to define the company's vision, spearhead strategic growth, build exceptional teams, develop sustainable revenue streams, and broaden Attlas Wire's footprint in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and execute Attlas Wire's strategic direction and expansion plans.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and international markets.
• Engage in executive leadership and key strategic decision-making processes.
• Design scalable business frameworks and foster company culture, governance, and operational excellence.
• Forge and manage strategic partnerships with media entities, government agencies, corporations, academic institutions, technology firms, and NGOs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and institutional collaborators.
• Detect and negotiate sponsorship, commercial, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and diversify multiple revenue streams including digital advertising, brand partnerships, sponsored content, memberships, premium subscriptions, conferences, podcasts, research products, licensing, and educational offerings.
• Build scalable operational systems, recruit elite talent, implement hiring and leadership strategies, set KPIs, and cultivate a high-performance organizational culture.
• Oversee finance, human resources, legal, compliance, and administrative functions.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to enhance newsroom efficiency, launch new editorial products, broaden multimedia journalism, boost audience engagement, and uphold editorial independence.
• Lead marketing and audience growth efforts covering brand development, SEO, social media, community engagement, newsletters, public relations, performance marketing, and influencer collaborations.
• Work with product and engineering teams to advance digital publishing platforms, implement AI newsroom technologies, refine analytics, develop mobile apps, and explore cutting-edge tech influencing journalism.
• Develop fundraising strategies, maintain investor relations, pitch to stakeholders, support funding rounds, forecast finances, and contribute to board-level communications.

Who Should Apply

• At least 8 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling businesses or teams.

Preferred Background

• Experience in digital media, journalism, technology startups, SaaS, venture capital, business development, growth marketing, product management, corporate strategy, operations, public relations, digital advertising, or data analytics.

Compensation

This role is primarily equity-based, reflecting your involvement and expertise. As the company achieves growth, revenue, and investment benchmarks, compensation will include market-competitive salaries and performance bonuses.

Remote work based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates from Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah, Madinah, Abha, NEOM, and others within the Kingdom are encouraged to apply. Professionals with extensive GCC and international networks are especially welcome.
