- Address customer feedback on trial materials, resolve operational questions, and escalate clinical or safety issues as appropriate.
- Provide clinical trial expertise to the Customer Success team throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Commercial, Clinical, and Delivery teams to incorporate clinical trial requirements effectively in product development.
- Act as a subject matter expert, ensuring new product and process capabilities align with real-world clinical trial needs.
- Share clinical trial knowledge across the company to enhance understanding of trial processes, participant journeys, and logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience within clinical trials settings such as Clinical Operations, Trial Management, Research Delivery, Site Operations, or Study Coordination.

- Experience engaging with customers to clarify complex information and foster trustworthy relationships.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills capable of simplifying complex clinical content and influencing diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

Benefits

- 28 days paid annual leave plus public holidays.
- Annual training budget of £500.
