About the Company
Fire Protection Services, LLC seeks a committed and well-organized Client Coordinator to manage scheduling and outreach for recurring safety inspections across their Perry and Atlanta, Georgia sites. This role works closely alongside Field Leadership and Technicians, emphasizing continual customer contact to arrange yearly inspections, promote additional services, and support administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct persistent daily outreach—contacting up to around 50 current clients—to schedule recurring inspections such as sprinkler, extinguisher, kitchen hood, hydrant, and pump inspections, making sure to follow up diligently until appointments are confirmed.
- Coordinate scheduling with two Inspection Coordinators covering various inspection types to prioritize and finalize technician appointments.
- Identify chances to suggest extra services like bundled offerings or new options during client calls to grow accounts.
- Provide administrative assistance including managing email communication, updating client records within ServiceTrade and QuickBooks, and maintaining inspection tracking through spreadsheets like Excel and Google Sheets.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned, supporting the Client Advocate and other team members, while maintaining calling as the primary focus.
Candidate Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or outreach roles; experience within fire protection or service industries is advantageous.
- Strong telephone communication skills paired with persistence in follow-up.
- Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and capacity to handle responsibilities remotely across two locations.
- Working knowledge of ServiceTrade, QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and cooperative team player.
- Ability to select Atlanta or Perry, GA as a home office base with flexibility to support the alternate location remotely on a to-be-determined schedule.
Preferred Experience
- Background in managing low-volume, high-persistence phone outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with fire safety inspection processes or experience recommending additional service options during calls.
