About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and driven Client Care Manager to oversee the provision of superior domiciliary care services within the Drogheda area. This leadership position involves managing a team of care professionals, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships, and ensuring safe, person-centred care while promoting service quality and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a committed team of care staff through supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage client onboarding, conduct care reviews, and oversee continuous service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding.
• Collaborate closely with coordinators and operational teams to handle care packages and staffing needs.
• Organize staff rotas, monitor commissioned hours, manage absences, and fulfill on-call duties.
• Perform spot checks, assessments, and audits to uphold care excellence.
• Develop strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, commissioners, and other key stakeholders.
• Track performance metrics, contribute to service enhancement, and support business growth initiatives.
• Ensure mandatory staff training is completed and foster ongoing team development.
• Respond promptly to incidents, safeguarding issues, and evolving client requirements.

About You

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in domiciliary care.
• Qualification equivalent to QQI Level 6 in Management.
• Possession of a valid full driving license with access to a vehicle for business purposes.
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting checks.
• Proven leadership capabilities paired with strong communication and organizational skills.
