Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable cleaners for our team in Mt. Gravatt, Queensland. This position suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining clean, welcoming environments for clients and customers. Full-time roles are on offer with shifts spanning weekdays and weekends. This role follows award wages at Level 2 paying $27.08 per hour.

Work Schedule

The roster covers Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:36 PM, totaling five days per week and 38 working hours.

Key Duties

• Carry out general cleaning duties to a superior standard.
• Spot clean furniture as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean toilets thoroughly.
• Collect rubbish regularly.
• Clean internal and external glass surfaces.
• Dust all hard surfaces effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working full-time as a cleaner in a commercial setting is advantageous.
• Track record of successful teamwork.
• Ability to understand instructions and work independently.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
• Good knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including public holidays.
• Familiarity with floor care machines like scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is beneficial.
• Must possess valid full work rights in Australia.
