Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub including customer areas, restrooms, bar, kitchen, staff spaces, and outdoor areas
• Execute cleaning duties daily, weekly, and monthly adhering to established procedures
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when stock is low
• Report maintenance and pest control issues promptly to the manager on duty
• Engage courteously with customers, greeting them and expressing appreciation
• Complete induction, role-specific training and refresher courses actively, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Working Hours

The role involves working 8 hours per week with shifts running from 6:00 to 8:00 every day of the week.
