Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to service residential rental properties. This position entails performing various cleaning tasks including move-in and move-out cleans, rental turnover cleaning, and preparing properties for listing visibility. The role requires someone professional, organized, experienced, and able to work autonomously in the field.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning appointments at residential rental properties, including move-in, move-out, turnover, and listing readiness cleaning.
- Perform standard residential cleaning ensuring the cleaning meets company quality standards.
- Clean all relevant areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as necessary.
- Wipe down various surfaces including counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and high-touch areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and otherwise clean all flooring.
- Clean interior appliances where needed, such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
- Identify and report areas requiring additional cleaning, junk removal, repairs, maintenance, or follow-up.
- Capture clear before-and-after photos and videos documenting cleaning work.
- Provide detailed updates, notes, photos, and videos promptly after each site visit.
- Maintain professional communication with landlords, applicants, tenants where relevant, and team members.
- Adhere strictly to company procedures including checklists, access instructions, and appointment details.

- Prior experience in cleaning roles such as cleaner, housekeeper, cleaning contractor, or residential cleaner.
- Solid understanding of residential cleaning standards.
- Reliable means of transportation to travel between properties.
- Possession of necessary cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment for appointments.
- Comfort with working independently at residential rental properties.
- Ownership of an iPhone 13 or similar high-quality camera smartphone to document work.
- Ability to take clear, high-quality photos and videos of properties and cleaning results.
- Strong written communication skills to submit clear notes and updates after visits.
- Professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Able to follow detailed checklists, instructions, and property access directions accurately.
- Respectful communication with landlords, applicants, tenants (as applicable), and internal team members.
Desirable Experience
- Previous work with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning.
