Royal York Property Management is recognized as one of Canada's premier property management firms, overseeing numerous residential rental units throughout Ontario. We are currently expanding our team and seeking dependable and meticulous Cleaners to join our network of cleaning professionals.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Perform move-in and move-out cleaning tasks on residential rental properties.
• Conduct thorough turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and homes to ensure readiness for new occupants.
• Provide routine housekeeping services in occupied residences as requested.
• Clean various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, and other common surfaces.
• Handle detailed cleaning duties such as wiping baseboards, cleaning inside cabinets, and appliances.
• Utilize a mobile work application to receive job assignments, follow instructions, navigate using GPS, upload photographs, and update job progress statuses.
• Inspect completed cleaning jobs to meet company standards before departure.
• Report any property damages, maintenance issues, or cleaning challenges encountered during assignments.
• Travel independently between cleaning locations using personal vehicle.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of paid experience in professional cleaning services.
• Capable and comfortable performing both move-in/move-out and regular housekeeping cleaning.
• Possess a reliable personal vehicle suitable for traveling to cleaning appointments and transporting cleaning materials.
• Own necessary cleaning supplies and equipment to complete assigned tasks independently.
• Have a compatible smartphone capable of running mobile work software, GPS navigation, taking clear photographs, reading instructions, and updating job statuses.
• Experience cleaning detailed areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, and appliances.
• Ability to work autonomously while following detailed cleaning instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable using GPS to confirm arrival times.
