About the Role

Pure Heat Club is preparing to open its doors in Arjan, Dubai, and is seeking a dependable full-time Cleaner to join the team starting September 1, 2026. This critical role ensures that every guest enters a pristine, tranquil, and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility during operating hours, including guest areas, changing rooms, bathrooms, and staff spaces.
• Regularly restock cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Adhere strictly to daily cleaning standards and schedules to uphold the club's quality expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in professional cleaning roles, ideally within hospitality, fitness, or wellness sectors.
• Good command of the English language for effective communication.
• Exemplifies reliability, a strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintains a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to commute independently to Arjan, Dubai.
• Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and late evenings as required.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Six days per week.
• Nine hours per day including breaks.
• One day off weekly.
• Shift timings may include weekends and public holidays based on operational demands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 depending on experience.
