Position Summary
The Chief Executive Advisor (CEA) is a critical senior leadership role offering strategic counsel, operational analysis, and guidance for key decisions and execution to the CEO, Board, and senior management. Reporting directly to the CEO or Board, the CEA influences corporate strategy, capacity building, business transformation, project advancement, and operational performance excellence.
Acting both as a top-tier strategic advisor and an execution driver, the role bridges leadership decisions with management and operational teams, ensuring complex challenges are addressed and strategic objectives are effectively realized.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic analysis and decision recommendations to executive leadership.
- Research industry trends, market dynamics, competition, and new opportunities.
- Support strategic planning, business direction shifts, and major operational choices.
- Provide independent high-level managerial advice.
- Facilitate execution of corporate strategy and translate goals into actionable plans.
- Track strategy progress, identify obstacles, and drive resolution.
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic projects and transformation efforts with robust governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Analyze operational and financial data to uncover insights and growth areas.
- Promote revenue enhancement, cost efficiency, and profitability improvements.
- Optimize organizational structure and management systems to improve execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to evaluate new ventures and strategic investments.
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and resolve business challenges.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, Enterprise Management, or related fields.
- MBA, EMBA, or Master's degree in Strategic Management highly preferred.
- Over 20 years of cumulative experience in corporate strategy, operations management, management consulting, or senior leadership.
- Between 8 to 15+ years in senior consulting or corporate leadership roles.
- Experience within CEO offices, strategy functions, consulting firms, or large enterprises.
- Proven track record in corporate transformation, strategic planning, M&A integration, or major project leadership.
