Centre Operations Manager

About the Role

The Centre Operations Manager oversees all facets of NxtWave Intensive centers across multiple campuses, ensuring excellence in academic delivery, student achievements, placements, and operational execution. This leadership position requires managing cross-functional teams and harmonizing processes to provide consistent outcomes for students at each campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire scope of center operations across designated campuses, establishing standardized operational procedures and playbooks.
• Provide leadership to Program Managers, BOAs, and campus operations personnel, ensuring accountability through regular performance assessments.
• Collaborate with departments including Academic, Product, Placement, Support, and Content to synchronize efforts.
• Track student attendance, assessment results, engagement levels, and learning progress; implement targeted interventions for students requiring support.
• Work closely with Placement and Training teams to enhance placement preparedness, monitor placement success metrics, and cultivate relationships with industry partners to facilitate student placements.
• Manage daily campus operations ensuring infrastructure readiness and lead initiatives for student engagement, events, and community development.
• Analyze operational KPIs and student success measures to drive data-informed decisions, optimize resource use, and promote operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree; MBA qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in operations, program management, or academic leadership roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and operational dashboards.
