Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 with weekly direct deposit.
• HHA/CNA certified drivers may receive $17.00 to $18.00 per hour after 8 weeks of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with clients by providing compassionate companionship and care.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and light household chores.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, either professionally or through family care.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record mandatory.
• Availability to work a minimum of two shifts per week with consistent clients to maintain continuity of care.
• Basic proficiency in English for speaking, reading, and writing; multilingual candidates welcome.
• Completion of all necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements.

Additional Terms

To qualify for the wage increase after eight weeks, caregivers must meet driver requirements (valid U.S. driver's license, insurance, clean record), provide proof of passing the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Examination or hold active HHA, RN, CNA, or LNA licenses, complete at least 20 visits in the first eight weeks, and maintain good standing with the organization.
