Job Overview

This position entails delivering excellent customer service by preparing and serving beverages and snacks, managing billing, and maintaining the café's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant experience for patrons.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other drinks following company quality standards.
• Take orders from customers and handle billing and payment processes efficiently.
• Keep the café, kitchen, and seating zones clean and hygienic at all times.
• Provide timely service ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
• Support inventory monitoring and replenish stock as necessary.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
• Collaborate with team members, especially during busy periods.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade pass.
• Previous experience in cafés, restaurants, or food service is advantageous but not a must.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive mindset, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and grow.
