Role Overview
The team is seeking a detail-oriented drafter who also brings creativity and a willingness to learn. This opportunity suits both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience who want to grow their technical abilities and contribute to impactful projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop accurate M&E shop drawings, section details, and as-built drawings for ACMV systems to support proper project execution and documentation.
- Work with project teams on coordination drawings that bring together inputs from different disciplines for smooth delivery.
- Revise and maintain drawings across the project timeline so they always reflect design updates and meet project requirements.
- Handle project models, including families, templates, annotations, and schedules, to improve BIM workflow efficiency and drawing accuracy.
- Take part in BIM coordination meetings and contribute observations and feedback that help shape project decisions.
- Assist project leaders by carrying out drawing revisions quickly and checking that work meets technical and quality expectations.
- Use BIM tools and CAD software actively, building confidence and improving drafting productivity and output quality.
- Stay proactive, collaborative, and open to new technologies while supporting continuous improvement across the team.
Candidate Profile
- A diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be guided through mentorship to develop advanced BIM and drafting skills.
