We are seeking individuals with a bright personality, adaptability, and a welcoming demeanor to join our cabin crew team representing Emirates based in Dubai. As the frontline face of our airline, you will assist passengers by providing guidance and support, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Beyond delivering outstanding service, safety remains paramount. You will take charge confidently in the management of in-flight services, security, and safety protocols. Intensive training takes place at our Dubai facility, equipping you to perform in this critical role.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Positive and team-oriented attitude with the ability to deliver excellent service to diverse cultures
• Completed high school education (Grade 12 minimum)
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Height at least 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes, to access emergency equipment across all aircraft
• No visible tattoos when wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform, even with covering attempts
• Eligible to obtain UAE employment visa and willing to be Dubai-based

Salary and Benefits

• Basic monthly salary: AED 4,980
• Flying pay: AED 69.60 per flight hour (typically 80-100 hours monthly)
• Average total monthly compensation: approximately AED 11,244 (about USD 3,100)
