Cabin Crew - Dubai Based with Relocation Support

Overview

We are looking for vibrant and adaptable individuals to join our cabin crew team, serving as the welcoming face of Emirates to our passengers. The role extends beyond customer service to include maintaining safety, security, and managing aircraft procedures at our world-class training center in Dubai.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service sectors.
• Positive demeanor and capability to deliver outstanding service within diverse, multicultural teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12) required.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm when on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos when in uniform, without using coverings.
• Must meet UAE employment visa requirements and be willing to be based in Dubai.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
• Hourly flight pay at AED 69.60, averaging 80-100 hours monthly.
• Monthly total compensation approximately AED 11,244 (Grade II Economy Class) - roughly USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.
• Night stop meal allowances credited monthly in arrears.
