Role Overview

We are seeking a Buying Coordinator to be a key member of our Commercial Team, responsible for assisting in product purchasing and supplier coordination to support efficient retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the supplier price file, promptly addressing and resolving price-related issues.
• Introduce new product lines, process purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of promotional and seasonal inventory.
• Keep comprehensive Repak packaging and space planning data current within our systems.
• Update promotional documentation to supply relevant details to the Marketing team.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders, packaging formats, shipping identifiers, and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure suppliers meet deadlines for stock arrivals and manage container arrivals, verifying correct duty payments and recording entries in systems while allocating stock accordingly.

Required Qualifications and Preferences

• Preferable prior experience in retail environments demonstrating commercial understanding.
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, stores, and suppliers to resolve inquiries and improve efficiency.
• Capacity to manage time-sensitive assignments independently.
• Previous experience in administrative or buying support roles is advantageous.
