About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated butcher/meat cutter to join our team in Gladbeck, North Rhine-Westphalia. This position is available both full-time and part-time starting immediately, offering a secure and long-term employment opportunity in a crisis-resistant company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the meat and sausage counter with expertise, crafting new specialty products and guiding your team with passion.
• Enhance and prepare meat products, including the creation of unique grill specialties, contributing creative input to product development.
• Ensure quality control by thoroughly inspecting goods, managing reorder processes, and maintaining proper storage to guarantee smooth operations at the counter.
• Present products attractively and organize the sales counters creatively, focusing on excellent customer orientation.
• Collaborate with your team to creatively design the fresh meat display daily, providing a delightful shopping experience for customers.
