Main Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Certifications related to data reporting or business analysis (e.g., Power BI certification, IIBA) are advantageous.
  • At least three years of recent experience as a Business or Data Analyst, particularly in operational or corporate services environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to aid operational decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of performance monitoring, forecasting techniques, and predictive analytics.
  • Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and workshop management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative methodology in solution design.
  • Experience with compliance or regulatory reporting in transportation is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Visio.
