Role Overview

Carino System Windows is looking for a Business Development Manager in Kochi to drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth.

What you will do

• Identify and develop fresh leads through cold outreach, networking activities, and industry events.
• Work toward and consistently achieve assigned revenue goals.
• Engage with key decision makers and convert opportunities into closed business.
• Look after current customer accounts and spot chances to expand sales through upselling.
